Todd came to perform service on my Speed Queen Commercial washer and Bosch dishwasher. He handled the service call very professional and explained the issue with the washing machine to me and the required part needed to repair it. Dishwasher was no charge since he was able to immediately reset it to start.
Rachel immediately diagnosed and repaired our dishwasher on the spot! She has repaired a number of our appliances and is always prompt, efficient, honest, professional and personable. Thank you, Rachel!
Called Mr Appliance and they sent out someone same day, Rachel. They were quick with their fix and got the fridge back in running order. When I noticed the fridge wasn’t exactly temping, they came right back out first thing the next morning. They definitely care and Rachel is super wise about all things fridge especially GE.
