I have been going to Monica for years and years. There is no one else that I would let cut my hair, let alone color it. She works with what I want and lets me know when it's a bad idea. Super quick too, I'm not in there for hours and hours even with my long hair. 10/10 would recommend to anyone, no matter what you want done, even a perm!
