Our install team was friendly, well equipped and performed the task very efficiently even though the temperature was not on their side. Their experience showed in how they handled the various situations required to complete the installation. Very pleased and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for and solving HVAC problems.
We had a wonderful experience with Just Better Air Conditioning today. Our air conditioner went out on Saturday of a holiday weekend. Our home warranty company made an appointment for us. Patrick, the technician called to confirm the appointment before he arrived. He was courteous and professional. He was very informative and patiently answered all our questions. He thoroughly checked the unit out and did not try to up charge us on parts or service. We highly recommend this company for any air conditioning needs.
Patrick was great. He explained the situation and showed me all the pictures. He arrived within the time frame and called to give me an estimated arrival time. I so appreciate the time he took to make sure i understood the situation and what the problem was and explaining the different possible solutions.
