I started coming here after the recommendation from my husband. He thoroughly enjoys his treatment, and visits, so he thought i should start a treatment too. I instantly felt welcomed the moment i stepped foot in the door. Laura is always super joyful, and kind!! Dr. Garret is very informative, and is a pleasure to be around, helping to ease the nerves with jokes!! I love the approch of treatments. I will reccomend this buisness to all of my family and friends!!

Coming into Optimal Health is like visiting family, family you actually like! I came in on what I thought was a lower back issue. I had been to Urgent Care twice and a Doctor. Waste of time. Dr. Jim sent me for x-rays. Made sure I understood my hip had gone bad. Set up an excellent plan of action! Now months later thanks to some work not chemicals my progress is phenomenal. Dr. Jim & LMT crew have done wonders for me and I could NOT be more grateful thank you
