Valerie Ronquillo is a great leasing specialist, she helped my family and I so fast we were in a home in 2days max! She is so kind, patient, understanding and precise. She’s been dealing with us for a little over 2months and she never got frustrated or never denied us any service what so ever. We appreciate her A LOT and Thank her for all that she’s done and helped us with! I wouldn’t want to work with anyone else but her. When you look for a house at Invitation Homes please ask for Valerie you won’t regret it!!

Update to my previous complaint:I just want to say thank you for reaching out the same day within the hour and moving forward with helping figure this all out. I appreciate it greatly and am a now very satisfied customer. I still hope for changes in the future with the computers, but I am very happy your company and your realtors were able to help me! Tyler Treat came to fix my garbage disposal. Extremely kind and had great customer service skills. Thank goodness my disposal was fixed quickly. Overall my experience with this company has been 10/10.
