Arrived at 1048 for an 1100 delivery appointment that was marked time critical, to find no one here to unload me. The one gentleman who was here merely told me to hang tight. After an hour of hanging tight I went back in to inquire how long I might be left hanging. I was then told it would be another hour before anyone returned to unload the load that had a fixed delivery time... set by them. After the second hour of hanging tight I was told 20 minutes more at the most, and lo and behold unloading commenced. Once started it took 47 minutes, so after a mere two hours of sitting and waiting for someone I was out by 1410

The installers who came to my house to insulate the attic with cellulose, were on time. They were super courteous and detail oriented. The process was explained well to me, the extra efforts were made where needed and I was given the option to take a look at the finished work inside the attic from the ladder. The extra effort to place foam around the entrance inside the attic was a surprise to me and it had not been done when the house was originally insulated. Thank you Gale Contracting for sending me a good team and for the top notch work.
