I’ve been going here for about 3 weeks now & I love it! After trialing 4 other gyms, I finally settle on this one. The coaches are amazing & the workouts are challenging, but very fun.
As a member of F45 Westerville Ohio, I wanted work out while I was in Tempe. F45 Tempe Town Lake welcomed me like I was a regular. Love the workouts. The trainers and regulars are very welcoming.
I joined the gym in 2022 and every coach has made a huge impact in my life. Working out is my outlet and coming here has truly made such a difference in my life. The energy this studio brings every class is unmatched and they are honestly why I drive 20mins every class instead of signing up at a studio closer to home. I just love it here & really appreciate how much I’ve grown being apart of the F(45)amily! ❤️?
