When I first started going to Kathy and Mike I was completely debilitated due to chronic health symptoms. After 5 months I was able to return to full time work. 11 months after I started working with them I was able to balance full time work and started exercising regularly without my chronic illness symptoms flaring up. Now, 18 months later, I still maintain my ongoing wellbeing with consistent appointments that are scheduled around my life - Kathy and Mike brought me back to life.
I went to Mike after months of PT barely made a difference in my neck and shoulder pain. His sacro cranial work was a game changer. The release of tension was profound. My first experience with fascial stretch therapy was January 2022, a couple of days prior to my 5K race. I was experiencing constant pain in my hips and back pain.
On my first appointment, Mike listened and took notes. He then explained how the session would progress. The days following my first appointment, I felt relief and had better mobility. I would schedule my about 6 weeks apart. As time has passed, I am pain free and my body feels stronger. I can run pain free now.
