It was our first Dexascan experience. I found it very informative and helpful in understanding my body composition. It set a perfect baseline of information as I continue on my wellness journey. These markers feel so much more helpful than just a number on a scale. I look forward to seeing improvements in my body composition in future scans!

First time having a test like this done. I did the RMR testing. The test was very simple and then they were very thorough and explaining the information afterwards. I will be coming back and getting a DEXA scan in the next few months.
