Had a sudden emergency yesterday with garage door Cookson had installed in 2014, where door wouldn't open using opener or even by hand after detaching opener connection to chain drive. With great effort finally managed to open it by hand. Called Cookson for emergency service and they were BETTER THAN GREAT. Receptionist was understanding, reassuring, and arranged for tech to respond later in day. The tech, named Roberto, was not only totally efficient and professional, but about the most cheerfully pleasant guy I've encountered in quite a while. Cookson should promote him to be their goodwill ambassador.Altogether a perfect example of turning lemons to lemonade,, and most appreciated. Y'all should call Cookson if you need garage door service.

Made their competition Cactus Garage Door from Tempe look silly.Cactus wanted replace the spring for $600 which went to replacing the door for $3500, buyer beware.I called Cookson Door, they came right out fixed the door without needing any parts just some adjustments for less that $125. Very happy with Cookson. Do not recommend Cactus Garage Door of Tempe.

Three neighbors on my block have purchased new garage doors from them in the past three months. All were very pleased and said their price was by far the best. I used them for routine maintenance on the garage door of our home we recently purchased and they did a great job. The tech showed me how to maintain the door throughout the year and the price for the maintenance was very fair. I’ll definitely purchase our next door from them. Thanks for such prompt, great service!
