Many families love the presence of a pet axolotl in the office, which adds a fun touch. However, some parents have expressed disappointment with billing and front office communication, feeling that they were not provided with complete information regarding insurance coverage. Despite these concerns, the overall experience at Children's Dental Village remains positive, with many highly recommending the practice for both orthodontic and pediatric dental needs.
We moved out of state but I wanted to give this place a shout out. THE BEST dental experience my children have ever had. Staff is so kind and knowledgeable and thorough. They created this experience where my children genuinely loved going. They have a play area, nice big fish tank, and even a petting zoo in the back along with axolotls!! It truly is a one of a kind experience. They set the bar so high that now I’m extremely picky as I search for a dentist in my new state even remotely close 😂😂😭❤️ thank you for everything!
I recently started taking my 4 yr old here and i absolutely love it! My other kids will be moving to this dentist asap! The staff is wonderful, super caring and just overall kid friendly which i love ❤️ My daughter unfortunately had to be sedated due to past traumatic experiences and i got emotional but staff was so sweet & assured me everything will be ok . Highly recommend this place!! Oh & they have a pet axolotl !! Lol 🫶🏼
UPDATED: this was resolved!! The original person I spoke with was rude and arrogant (a young man). When It was escalated, I spoke with the kindest liaison who agreed that I had done my due diligence and offered to waive the costs. Excellent service! —— Dr Lepetich is fantastic and was able to complete procedures on my son (when he was 6) that other dentists could not. I am disappointed with the billing and front office staff. Prior to our cleanings, I called to update our insurance and confirm we still had coverage. They said yes everything is good to go. I double checked again when we scheduled appointments. Yep, full coverage. Two weeks after appointment I got a bill for $360 for cleanings! That’s after insurance paid! Apparently, I have a plan that they are ‘in network’ for, but use different tiered pricing. I feel like it was bait and switch. I would have gone to another practice had they given me the FULL truth. They bill at premium pricing. My insurance covers regular pricing and I’m on the hook for the difference. What’s done is done. I should have done my due diligence and not relied on their office to give me accurate information. Disappointed. 😔
