Brewers Air Conditioning Company provided exceptional service when our main studio air conditioner failed. They promptly sent a technician, ordered a new unit, and had it installed timely allowing us to keep the studio open. Their customer service was amazing, answering all our questions thoroughly. This is truly an honest, family-owned and operated business. An Ahwatukee gem for sure! Thank you, Brewers, for always looking after us when the heat starts rising.
I recently had Brewers Air Conditioning and Heating replace my Central A/C & Furnace and install a Mini Split system in my garage. Mark, the Comfort Consultant/Equipment Specialist took his time to go over my options and match a system for peak performance for both systems. I wasn't treated to any high pressure sales tactics either. The installers Jose and Freddie were punctual each day and ready to work. They exhibited great teamwork and professionalism...very detail oriented too. Jeremiah the project manager came out to make sure the job was going smoothly and according to plan. We recently had a problem with our A/C that required some ingenuity and a makeshift repair involving cutting sheet metal to cover an opening on the air handler. The technician, Jacob Prevost, went to extra lengths to secure the raw materials, cut them into shape and install them on our unit (in 100 degree heat). We can't thank Jacob enough for his insight and perseverance.
