This place is great! I brought in a couple hats to get embroidered and am extremely satisfied with how they came out. Price is very reasonable for what you're getting and communication was seamless! No more going to lids and getting hats done at subpar quality. I highly recommend Big Stitch if you're looking to get hats, or pretty much anything embroidered. Thank you to Kara and the rest of the Big Stitch team!

A tiny little store front shop that is simply amazing. You walk inside and it’s full of orders, that they’re cranking it all out in a honest timely manor. I met with Arlene one of the staff who took great care of me this afternoon and she explained that in 25 yrs the little store has grown in leaps and bounds and I can see why, they do such a great job. Well done guys.???

Unbelievably helpful crew! I had a tight order request and Kara, Roy and Arlene were incredibly helpful getting my design prepped and the product ordered. I highly recommend this family owned/operated business!
