She always makes my visions come true when i have a new idea for my hair. I just also did the NANOPLASTY TREATMENT AND I AM IN SHOCK! I washed my hair and blowdried it and didn't even need any hair products before or after blowdrying it! It dried faster and with zero frizz! My coworker asked if I had done something to my hair because it looks "shinier and healthier"! It not only looks it but feels healthier and smoothier. :) oh and no frizz after waking up either. If you are looking for a place to get a new hair color/style. This is the perfect place to go. Karen is super professional and extremely talented. I used to avoid attending hair salons for a long time because I was so afraid to trust my hair to someone else. I'm glad I did with Karen, since then, I love attending to my appts. I also took a one-on-one make up class with her and I fully recommended her. I learned new techniques that I was not aware of, she went step by step and made sure I understand everything.
