Grateful for the excellent service we received from Chris at Beyer. We've had long term issues with our dryer that other service companies failed to address. The challenge was that our dryer was void of any indication of which model it actually is, which made finding the correct parts difficult. However, Chris and the Beyer team went above and beyond to ensure they got us on track. Chris provided excellent heads-up communication, was courteous in our home and even took a few extra minutes to answer our questions about proper maintenance care on both our washer and dryer.
