Sometimes, they mess up. But every time I've told them I didn't like something, they adjusted and were kind. I really learned how to speak up for myself when it came to my nails at the salon. Everyone there has been friendly and kind. The lady who answers the phone and schedules appointments is a fantastic artist. I'm sorry, I never caught her name even though I've been there several times. She is the only one that I allow to do artwork on my nails. Just simply because I appreciate her eye in detail. Best place to get your nails done in Tempe, they do the manicure carefully and my nails never got thin after back to back gel manicure. A lot of colors available and my nails always last until the next appointment.

Every time I come here they do a great job. I stick to gel, and they're sure not to leave a gap at my cuticle like other places I've been to. My nails are naturally thin and chip easily and the manicurists have always been kind in putting an extra coat or thickening up the tips ever so slightly to try to prevent chipping. Tempe Nails & Spa is also very hygienic and clean. Definitely recommend!
