It was an easy time. I requested a full preventative maintenance check and the customer service rep, Amanda, was extremely helpful and informative. The the check was done in a timely manner and all the needed updates were provided with the needed cost for projection and budgetary purposes.
Derek & Sara @AutoNation Nissan Tempe were great helping me get service for my Nissan Altima! She kept me informed of what was going on and I am happy with the service I received!
Thomas was awesome. He made the whole experience great when I came for my appointment for my vehicle. He was honest and knowledgeable which made me want to continue having my car maintained and leave over night. If possible ask for him when needing an appointment.
