I know this place has a lot of awful reviews and justifiably so based on what I've read; but, I was treated SO well by Amanda as my service advisor. She was super on top of everything, was so sweet, trusted what I was telling her, had my back with my extended warranty company, and got me into a loaner while my car's transmission was being replaced. If you plan to come here for service, I'd recommend trying to directly work with her. And Autonation - give that woman a raise!!!
It was an easy time. I requested a full preventative maintenance check and the customer service rep, Amanda, was extremely helpful and informative. The the check was done in a timely manner and all the needed updates were provided with the needed cost for projection and budgetary purposes.
