The car wash is basic. It'll get the dirt off your vehicle and most of the bugs off your windshield. The vacuums, however, aren't worth crap!
I took my new 2015 KIA (I'd only just bought it a month ago..) through the wash yesterday and when I got home I found that my rear light lens was popped off! The glue seal was broken. Upon returning to the wash, I ran across some difficulties with the staff and left feeling even more upset than before. They were refusing to accept responsibility for the damage. But after personally emailing the owner, Brad, I started to get somewhere. After explaining my frustrations that I had already returned to the dealership and paid the insurance deductible for a repair, Brad offered to pay half. To my surprise he actually reimbursed me 75% of the deductible.. Pretty much immediately. I can't give a full 5 stars due to the tremendous inconvenience experienced at first, and I still feel that the way the staff handles their customers could be improved quite a bit, but I'm editing my review because of Brad's decencies, and how things were resolved.
