Today was our first time ever coming in and we had an amazing experience. We are in the process of buying a home and have plans to remodel it within the next few months. We actually had no intentions of coming to your store - we were just at Dutch Bros and happened to see the store and wanted to check it out. Tracy welcomed us in and showed us where everything was. She assisted us in finding exactly what we were looking for to remodel our entire house. Flooring throughout, everything in our kitchen, and both bathrooms we now have completely planned out. She gave us the space to look on our own but was also there for suggestions and ultimately helped us to pick out exactly what we had been envisioning. We were in the store for hours deciding on what we wanted and never once did we feel rushed or pressured into anything. Scott also gave suggestions and was a huge help, and absolutely hilarious! They even suggested products that would help to save us money. Everything we have been planning is all finally coming together thanks to the help we received today! We will be back soon when it's time to start our project, and we will most definitely be referring everyone we know.
