The appointment was scheduled for 20 minutes but we spent nearly an hour walking through what I want in great detail and she was super enthusiastic and engaged the whole way through. Who knew that, this building had cool suites inside as I assumed it was only a beauty and coffee shop. Lamont from Chicago, who has just opened up a new Barbershop inside, seen me outside of the building and came outside to direct me (since although small, this building can be confusing). Thank you Sir ‍ Very nice human Laurie is sweet and very professional! Laurie went straight to work. She uses gloves and has a clean office with new clean clean changeable lining on her table which is a plus as you can tell that she's giving you a clean environment. Laurie has a display of cute bracelets and wine magnets for sale. What a cute suite, set up! I purchased a bracelet set and love it!!! Laurie is gentle and precise on getting rid of all unwanted hair ...a true professional!!! I have now found my new wax lady and loved her work so much, that I will be seeing her again.
