Nate makes sure to put focus towards both the physical and mental aspects needed to overcome an injury.Through working with Nate I was able to both observe his passion for his job and experience first hand his ability to not only push people, but also his ability to help people believe in themselves. Just working with him I was given a sense of hope that I desperately needed during my injury. Nate helped me both physically and mentally in overcoming my ACL injury and returning to sport.
