Great service and patient care. I waited only 30 minutes to be seen. The front desk gal was friendly and personable. The doctor took his time and the nurses were thorough and friendly. Yes, I would return if needed.
I’m so happy I found this location. This place is always clean, staff is kind and I’m always in and out fairly quickly. They accept walk ins. Highly recommend! The check in process is also quick and easy.
I want to make sure that Tasha in the back office is recognized for her amazing care for patients. It was a pleasure working with her. Doctor Shera was great as well. She took great care in her evaluation and explanation. The 5 stars are all theirs.As for the two in the front office they need some serious customer service training. Super uncomfortable how they interact with each other and with patients. They did not even try to be helpful. As well as not very good listeners.
