“I have had a lot of physical therapy in Germany and Santa Fe, New Mexico, for the same back problem. I have never had such intense excellent therapy as in this location, STI Therapy & Rehab Division in Litchfield. Instead of getting simple massages on my lower back, and a few stretching exercises, that I have had in the past, Brittany explained how to achieve the real solution and goal to my problem. She put me on an intense excellent schedule to strengthen all my muscles around my back, my cores, glutes, leg muscles, etc. I was shown how to use my glutes, my cores and leg muscles to pick up objects, how to bend over correctly. All my life I have done this incorrectly, thus straining my back and knees. Every week I was asked how I was doing. When Brittany heard I was doing well she then gave me more challenging exercises with heavier weights. This successfully continued for the next few weeks till my discharge and my “graduation”. When Brittany noticed I was improving and doing everything correctly, she printed out exercises that I could do at home safely.I highly recommend this place. Also the front office manager, Nancy, was very friendly, welcoming and organized. Andrew was also wonderful to work with.“

“I first learned about Preferred Physical Therapy at the Vintage Vehicles of Sun City on Saturday when visiting my sister and her husband. I had been struggling with shoulder pain while on vacation, and my husband saw their vendor booth and encouraged me to check it out. They worked on my shoulder that day at the car show. That helped so much with my pain, and I was able to enjoy my last days in AZ.I spun a wheel and won a 25-minute stretch, which I received yesterday. They were all so friendly when I arrived. At the end of my session, I was also given some exercises that will help me to lessen my pain in the future.Thanks for everything, you certainly were a godsend.“
