“A year ago I started Therapy with Preferred Physical. I can't say enough about how wonderful the results have been. My pain post hip replacement was moderate overall, however I knew I needed more guidance to see the best results from my surgery. I knew where to go for it to be addressed, and that was Nick and his staff at Preferred Physical Therapy. Through PT I have NO pain currently and so much more flexibility. This positive improvement is most noticeable while walking as well as increased stability throughout various daily functional movements. The staff is kind and helpful. “I still think it's too early to make a serious judgement, but I got an email so here goes. I'm having foot trouble and was referred to Banner. The Lake Pleasant facility is very different than any other Banner PT facility I've been. The front desk peeps are the best. Personable, efficient; kind of one step ahead of me. My therapist, Christian, so far has been phenomenal. Asked lots and lots of questions about my foot issues and then recommended a plan of treatment. She tells you why she's doing a procedure as she's doing it. Like I said, it's early in the relationship, but so far Christina and everyone else has been super. One final plus, the place looks upbeat and happy. Not like other PT facilities that look like a sad worn out old gyms.“

“With the idea of being injured and having to stay at a facility that I knew nothing about prior my injuries and the people who care for others has been an opening eye experience. When I arrived almost 9 weeks ago, I had a very poor attitude in coming to Santé, but the people who helped me changed my mind and guided me both emotional and physically to improving my health. The administration - Once I arrived, I had major support from Racheal my Social Worker at Santé, along with Amy who over saw my Case, to make sure I had what I needed to be successful. Along with Racheal and Amy, "T" who oversees the Rehabilitation and Occupational treatment center was a force to get me walking and not feeling sorry for myself. Great Support from this team. Nurses - Shout out to my girl Shantel, Carrie, Cory, Tim, and my guy Ziad. These nurses work hard to build the relationship with me and guide me on the right medication and treating me and listening to my needs. CNA's These ladies and men are the back bone of Santé. No offense to the Nurses, but these individual and caring people were great in helping my heal and develop a great patient relationship. Connie and her donuts and moving fast to get things done. Stephani, very sweet and always willing to go the extra mile, in helping me. Karen, always willing to help, even if she was in the different hallways. Celeste, the first few weeks, was always there to help me and answer my questions in regards to my injuries. Sandra, with her positive -dry personality - please read into that, if you know her. Paula, my support system in finding the answers to my questions. John, the best of the best. If you have a chance not only to meet "Little john", but have him help you, is the best. Nothing against the others, but John was always there to help, and then there is Amya - very sweet and willing to check up when she had time at night. Entertainment, Transportation, and Maintenance - Mable rocks the place, Nathan, always willing to help the guest and Peter in connecting my cable - Fire stick for my internet - Television for the long stay. - Thank you!! OT and RT - The guys and gals of both the Occupational Therapy and Rehab Therapy, are the best!! From Ryan helping learn how to adjust to showering and other life skills, to putting on my shoes and shorts on a daily over brackets. Robin, help guide me and help me complete my process and reach my goals every week. RT - The best of the best - Renee and Tommy - with these two helping me regain my confidence and having me walk within 8 weeks of my surgery ( bi-Lateral quad rupture) is a miracle!! They help guide me, pushed me, and allowed me to have insight to what I could do physically and mentally on my own. They challenge me daily and kept pushing me past the pain and the sweat to be able to go home to complete my recovery. If you have a chance to read this, please do. I know others have their opinions about their recovery and help at Santé, but I would encourage you to give it time and allow them to help you and your family to heal, both physically and emotionally. To share the good of others at Santé - Tammi my CNA on weekends, along with the first nurse I meet is Tee. Very sweet and professional. Big shout out!!
