“I recently took my English Bulldog puppy, Miss Stevie Nicks, to Peaceful Paws Pet Spa for her first grooming experience, and I couldn't be more delighted with the service we received! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. They took the time to greet Stevie and made her feel at ease, which is so important for a first-time grooming experience. The spa itself was clean and well-organized, with a calm atmosphere that put both me and my puppy at ease. The groomer, DJ, was fantastic. During the grooming session, I could tell that Stevie was treated with care and kindness. DJ was gentle throughout the process, taking breaks when needed to ensure Stevie wasn’t overwhelmed. He also used high-quality products, which made me feel good about what was being used on my puppy. When the grooming was done, Stevie looked absolutely adorable! She received a nice bath, a thorough brushing, and her nails were trimmed perfectly. I loved the little St. Patrick’s day bow they put in her collar as a finishing touch—it was such a sweet surprise!
