My dog ruptured his cranial cruciate ligament and required a timely surgery.
I contacted the reception desk in Glendale. Brooke was helpful in assisting me get an appointment the next day at the Scottsdale location. I met with the surgeon, Dr. Burke and it was determined surgery could proceed that day.
I could not have ask for better service and compassion from all the staff and doctors. It required an overnight stay and I was informed in the evening including a photograph of how my dog was progressing.

Everyone here is exceptional! The staff is very friendly and caring, and the Dr. Dixon surgical skills are amazing. When you care as much about your furry kids as we do, you want a place that is competent, caring and great communicators to keep you informed. They check all of the boxes.
One year ago I mistakenly went to Dr. Kelly’s to have a cancerous sarcoma removed from my dog Jaspers shoulder.
Not only did they fail to achieve clean margins, they failed to tell me his cancer had returned this past October when I brought him in for a dental cleaning even though they felt the lump upon examination.
Due to the delay in my knowing Jaspers cancer had returned, by the the time my vet examined him the tumor was quite large and she recommended against surgery due to his age (10.5), the size, complexity and location of the tumor.
