Although the clinic had an emergency come in and we had to wait for a while, they greatly apologized and Dr. Factor took such great care in our little Chihuahua. She was treated with compassion and kindness as she didn't feel well at all. Happy to say, 2 days later, she is like a new dog. Thank you Dr. Factor and the team at PPAH. We are so lad to have found your clinic.

Kind, caring, and sensitive to your animals' feelings!I have a bunch of spoiled little princess dogs, and I'll never take them anywhere else! I work in the medical/dental field, and this practice is on point with how they treat you, your fur babies, and how they diagnose and manage various conditions. My mom is also a client here with her spoiled fur babies, and when she sadly lost her 18 year old jack russell, the doctor took the time to personally call her and check on her! A lot of other places don't do that, which tells me these guys actually care about you and your animals. This practice and everyone in it has heart, and they're the best!

Dr. Izumi and everyone at the office are incredibly kind, supportive and helpful. They take great care and time to listen and understand what is going on with my dogs and offer advice and solutions.
