Call me crazy but I don't want termites - my builder had a five-year policy on my home. Just before it expired, I searched high and low for recommendations on preventative treatments. (I know some homeowners wait until they see visible damage, but that's not my cup of tea.) I noticed a post on Nextdoor about Poor Boy and decided to look into their service. First of all, they're very responsive. Second, they don't drill holes everywhere. Third, they spent a great deal of time inside the home, using infrared technology, to see if there were any issues. We found a termite tube hanging from the ceiling after just moving in. Poor Boys came over within a few days. He was masked and clean and polite and thorough. Love the minimally invasive treatment. Reasonable price and a good warranty. Haven't seen any signs of a return in the few months since the treatment. Would recommend to anyone.
