Jason came to our house and immediately identified areas that needed treatment. He was very knowledgeable about the process he suggested and went through each step thoroughly. When we identified an issue, Jason was quick with a work around plan. I always felt he had our interest at heart and never felt any pressure to commit. On the day of our service Jason even stopped by to explain some of the intricacies of our job to be sure we were all on the same page and followed up to be certain everything went well. “While installing new flooring in my daughters bedroom I came across termites under a baseboard. I had already emptied her bedroom and had half of the floor installed by the time I caught it. I called 480 Termite and they were booked for the rest of the week and the following week was tight as well because next week is Thanksgiving. They called Steve since he would be passing by my area and he came only a few hours after I called. He did an awesome job and I'm super appreciative we were able to get it treated so quickly. “We called Jason to check our house for rodents. He did a free inspection, and although found droppings, he said everything he saw was old. He didn't leave a trap, but showed us what to look for to see if the rodents return. He told us if they return, he would happily leave some traps, but didn't want to waste our money on treating critters that have already left. We appreciated his honesty, concern for us, his positive attitude and professionalism. We will definitely call him again if we see more issues.“
