“Goshin karate is a great place to do karate in Arizona, I say this because I obviously go there. The people there are really nice (students and teachers included) and karate genuinely became a safe space for me because everyone there is so welcoming. Our sensei can be a bit harsh but honestly what do you expect? If he wasn’t all these kids would be crawling up the walls. Oh and back to the safe space thing, it’s like they took all the good kids from school and put them in one place.“
“What a wonderful place! My son and I joined a few weeks ago and we have been attending the Beginner Family classes together. He enjoys the classes and the encouragement he gets from the great instructors and Grand Master Kim. I enjoy the workout, the focus of learning a new discipline, and the skill building required to master each movement.I recommend the annual membership which allows you to attend any number of the classes that you're eligible for. We currently attend 3 to 4 times a week. You can also join on a month to month basis, which lets you attend two classes a week.“
