Brilliant Epoxy Floors is an excellent company! The service, professionalism and expertise is evident from the initial inquiry to the finished result. We had an amazing Sales Consultant who went over and beyond to help us. She was knowledgeable, kind, efficient and communicative. She replied to my inquiries promptly every time. The CEO leads with honesty, integrity, professionalism and courtesy. All of our technicians on the two days of the garage floor installation were skilled, diligent, conscientious and courteous. I was on my 3rd attempt at getting my garage floor done correctly and a friend recommended I try Brilliant Epoxy Floors. The owner came out to assess the current floor and immediately identified the issues and with full confidence said they could fix it. Dan the Operations Manager met me at my garage the day the work was to be done before the crew got there. He explained everything and when his crew got there they went to work. We had Dan out to look at our home while we were in the middle of a complete remodel. Dan agreed to take the project and did the entire house in a gorgeous gray cloud like color combination. My wife has the artful eye and guided the design process. Went from raw concrete foundation to this......All I can say is, this company and staff are truly amazing in all facets!
