My experience with Renee at the tile store was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked in, she was nothing short of warm and supportive. Her knowledge about tiles was evident, and she was so patient with us as we agonized over our tile decisions. Renee went above and beyond. Despite the store closing hours approaching, she stayed back to ensure we found the perfect tiles for our project. I went into the store and was blown away by the customer service I received. I wanted to remodel my bathroom and didn’t really know where to start but Mike really took the time to understand my needs and help me design a bathroom that me and my family will love! I am so happy I stopped by, I highly recommend bedrosians for all of your tile needs!!! Great deals and great service!!!

I cannot say enough about the customer service at Bedrosian Tile and Stone in Scottsdale. The staff and design representatives are friendly and knowledgeable. The selection of tile (and other flooring options) is superior to other stores. I have found unique tiles that I am sure won't show up in other homes. The assistance I had with making choices (a bit stressful on my own) was much appreciated. I am thrilled with the result of our remodeling effort.
