Went to Mysore today with Ashtanga Arizona, It was so great to have some authority, knowledge and compassion from the teacher, Lisa. I have to travel for my work and have taken many "Mysore" classes I can only hope that my work will send me to Scottsdale again and again. Thanks Ashtanga Arizona and Lisa for the purity of your class!!!
