Cheryl is one of the most knowledgeable teachers in the Valley and we are so fortunate to have her. As the name implies, this is authentic yoga through and through. I consider her my main teacher and credit her with the depth of knowledge I carry as a yoga teacher myself. She upholds the tradition of yoga as a body of wisdom and practice that is passed on between teacher and student, and I am honored to be a part of her lineage.
