“My most recent appointment was the last appointment of the day, so I can understand the passive aggressiveness I felt, but I left feeling a little uneasy. The nurse you can tell tried to be/seem nice, but she slipped up a few times on how much she wanted this appointment to end. She didn't say anything straightforward, but kinda backhanded replies. You can tell she would catch herself and force the kindness. Even though I was told I might have to wait an hour for the Dr, thankfully I didn't. The Dr was pretty much the same, which made me feel rushed and couldn't read my notes properly to him that I had on my phone for the appointment. I would ask questions he didn't seem to want to answer, like what the summary of the appointment he was typing up would answer it. It didn't. By the end of it I get he was trying to make me avoid going through unnecessary procedures, but I do feel like the urgent care I went to was correct in telling me to get blood work done since it's been a couple years. I felt we were stuck on my anxiety for too long, like if I didn't understand it. I wanted to be sure there was no underlying problem. Sucks I couldn't get the blood work done day of, was told we're closed for the day. Had to schedule for another day. The Nurse Practitioner I had previously, I felt she told me more with less words. You can tell she was in a hurry, but I felt sympathy. If it weren't for the fact that I was more concerned about what I went to get checked for compared to the unease creeping in, I would have changed my mind and waited to see the NP. I've been here couple times with my husband and his appointment went well with the Dr. Didn't seem rushed, but my husband even preferred the NP instead. So the Dr might work great for some, but this was my first time checked by him. First impression, more then likely last time.“
“I've been going to this Doctor office for 21 years and highly recommend them. Caring and reliable.“
