“Wow, there are a lot of 1 star reviews. We probably go to this urgent care 2-4 times a year and have been going for the past several years. Most of the time I have been able to pre-book an appointment online. I like that you can put all of your information in ahead of time. The check in process once you get there is pretty easy. You scan their little QR code if you didn't make an appointment or just give them your name if you were able to pre-book the appointment. I have had to wait a while if I didn't have an appointment, but otherwise, I feel my wait has always been reasonable. I was just there yesterday and got treated for strep. There was a gentleman who came in behind me and needed to be seen for some sort of injury. Someone came out within a few minutes of him being there to at least get him bandaged before they could officially see him. I have never thought anyone was unfriendly (front desk, nurses or physicians). I feel they have always properly treated us. You also get a text survey after every visit. So I do hope all of those who had a negative experience were able to let them know. I feel fortunate to have them so close by us.“

“I scheduled an appointment online and was seen at that time, much better than walking in and waiting for hours. The receptionist, MA and PA were personable and professional. I received a prescription for my condition and am starting to feel better. All together a great experience!“

“Walked in at 9:00pm and we were checked in and brought back within 20 minutes. I didn't even have enough time to sit back down after filling out the front desks paper work before we were being called back. My little had croup cough and was given his medicine and we were on our way. In and out in just about 1 hour. Everyone was so great and attentive and really listened, and they checked our boy all over. Very happy with the quality here and will definitely come back if/when need be! Our boy wasn't too upset about the visit either!“

“Amazing team especially Dr. Laura and her Medical Assistant. We got in less than 20 mins to closing and they still took time to tend to my daughter's injury. Advised to follow up with xray to confirm she had not broken or fractured any bones from a car tire injury. Dr. Laura took time to ask lead g questions on what my daughter had planned for the next week and we explained she was traveling for an internship and she offered some advise on options for a quick recovery“
