“Nick (owner), Erik and the TRM Roofing team were fantastic! We especially appreciated their honesty and willingness to immediately make things right when something went wrong. They accidentally cut our gas line but told us right away, owned up to the mistake, and assured us they'd pay for all repairs. Not only did they pay for all repairs, but they arranged for all repairs and the final inspection with the town of Gilbert, too. And it was fixed within 48 hours.We had used TRM previously for roof repair, and now they've replaced our entire roof. They're honest, communicate well and did a wonderful job. They also send you a bag of yummy chocolate chip cookies after every service (whether it's a simple repair or an entire roof replacement) who else does that? Nick also felt so bad about the inconvenience with the gas line (we had no hot water for 2.5 days) that he gave us a $100 Cheesecake Factory gift card. And - his bid came in several thousand dollars lower than we expected. He offered us a substantial discount since they'd done repair work for us prior, and because we could pay in full.Nick and his team are top notch. The crew that came out were friendly and efficient. Could not even tell they were there after they left. “After the recent rain/hail storm we had some damage to our roof. Rova was recommended to me by our Home Insurance agent.Gave them a call and set an Appt. For them to come out. Garrett the owner was able to come out the next day which made it even better.He even offered ( and did) meet with the Insurance adjuster at my home to go over the claim. Once i received the money for the insurance company, i set a date and time for Rova to repair my roof. They competed the work in a timely manner and everything was done to our satisfaction. He even took care of sending the repair pictures to our insurance adjuster to make them aware the repairs were done.“
