Nick (owner), Erik and the TRM Roofing team were fantastic! We especially appreciated their honesty and willingness to immediately make things right when something went wrong. They accidentally cut our gas line but told us right away, owned up to the mistake, and assured us they'd pay for all repairs. Not only did they pay for all repairs, but they arranged for all repairs and the final inspection with the town of Gilbert, too. And it was fixed within 48 hours.We had used TRM previously for roof repair, and now they've replaced our entire roof. They're honest, communicate well and did a wonderful job. Before the work began the project foreman explained to me the outline of the work to be done & the time frame of how long it should take. The workers arrived promptly every day for the 3 days it took to complete the roofing project. When the work was done the area was cleaned of all roofing debris. i am very pleased with the whole process & think TRM made it as painless as possible.
