He was professional, prepared, educated us on the benefits of Champion vs others, had heat penetration demonstration that was mind blowing, and he listened to our needs. We have not had the installation yet and will report back once we have had a chance to experience the entire Champion program. So far, we are VERY impressed with the company background, quality of the product, simplicity and thoroughness of the guarantee and that the windows are manufactured in the USA. Not once did anyone talk down to me or try to screw me over. Perry the sales person was so graceous and explained every detail answering all my questions. “Two 18” doors replaced a 3-0x8-0 door. Anasazi matched existing doors EXACTLY!! Though the space is 3” more narrow it looks and feels much wider. Install was perfect. Looks like it should have been this way from first build.“

Here we are years later and the door lock to a large beautiful door that spans over 12 feet stops working one phone call to sierra pacific and we have a service call scheduled a day later.

Art was the technician on site and he made quick work of the lock replacement taking the time to ensure the door opening and closing functioned along with the new lock.“

“We are so glad to have found Capstone to do our window project at our home. We replaced our builder-grade patio sliding door with a beautiful French slider door and side lights (see before and after pictures) and replaced a few windows with picture windows. The improved view into our backyard and increase of natural sunlight into the house is wonderful. We had decided on the Marvin Infinity product about a year ago and were told by Lifetime Windows and Doors they were the only local company that sold the Marvin products (obviously not true). Fortunately we found Capstone last year at the Home and Garden show and made our decision to hire them instead. We've had a much more personal experience with Capstone.
