“Illumination installed a 3 panel slider for us in 2020. We love the door. I had a very minor issue with one of the outside panels and so called them to request a tech to come out to repair it. Ben arranged for their service tech, Brian, to come out within a day. Brian not only fixed the original issue but also did some work on the lock mechanism to make it work more smoothly and also did some measurements and found that the door was not level. I would not have noticed but Brian said he'd have the office call and schedule to have the whole door "re-installed" to their exacting standards. They are sending out a crew to spend the better part of a day to fix something that I would not have noticed!! These guys are professional, exacting, and they do things "right". I highly recommend their product AND their service. The world would be a better place if everyone operated in the manner that these guys do.“
