I went with Western because my neighbors use this service for weed control and it works. One acre property even with a backpack sprayer is a chore and I found myself using the weed whacker way too much. I don't mind a good workout but I'd rather spend time brushing the pool. The pre-emergent process is working already as the field of 2 inch tall young weed is brown and dead. Initial contact with Jason C was very informative, professional and thorough. Now here is the real kill, the spray technician Mark is "The Weed Killing Man", he really knows this stuff and represents Western very well. He did not mind answering my questions and treated my property as if it were his own. I've set up autopay on the website so hopefully everything magically happens. Could not be more pleased with response and professionalism to date.

We've had reliable service with this company for six years now. But, I just wanted to pay a compliment to your technician Brian B., who came out for our yearly termite inspection. While checking for termites, Brian noticed a slow leak under a bathroom sink, and proceeded to take the time, get down under the sink, get his hands dirty, and save us probably a few hundred dollars in plumbing fees for a problem we didn't realize we even had. He then pointed out some other issues with the house that we were, again, unaware of . Employees like Brian, that go 'above and beyond' are a rare breed these days. Thank you, again, Brian!
