My tech for my start up service was Trace. He was a good guy explaining everything to me that he was doing and the treatments I was receiving, very professional (uniform and all). The new customer welcome gift he handed me was cool, unique, and thoughtful.Their process reminds me of McDonalds, figure out how to do it right, repeat again and again, and say thank you. (McDonalds usually doesn't include the thank you)I attached a photo of some of the items from the "welcome box"
