Paul came out today to install a new RO system for me, he was professional, friendly, cleaned up after himself, took the time to explain what he did, and even checked my soft water system to make sure it was not draining to frequently (I had gotten a letter from the City of Phoenix as many resident's did regarding water usage. Paul is a fabulous example of great customer service and made me feel like he valued my business. Thank you for sending him to my home.

Yesterday I realized that I hadn't checked the salt level for my water treatment system in a long while. I was alarmed to realize there was almost nothing there! My plumbing company recommended Water Treatment Technologies to assist me. Andi was extremely sympathetic and assured me that I had not done damage to the system. I also thought my filters were due to be changed out on my RO system. She was able to get a service tech to my house within a few hours. Roberto was courteous and knowledgeable. Paul installed a water softener at our home. He has a great work ethic--arrived on time, worked conscientiously, answered our questions, and cleaned the area thoroughly before he left. We are very pleased with our softener. Great Job, Water Treatment Technology!
