Cannot say enough about how great our experience was with Desert Mountain. We moved here late last year from back East with no experience with a water softner. Discovered this spring that our water softner was not working, just before it sprung a leak!. Got visits and estimates from 4 companies. Did research on them, including BBB, in which while 3 were A+, with Desert Mountain the only one that had a perfect score with the comments. We worked with Rex, who was very experienced, professional, friendly and helpful in all our interactions. Great service. Arrived on time and got right to work. Rex and Lonnie are very polite and professional. Explained all of our options well. Installed a water softener, tankless hot water heater and an RO system. We will count on them for all of our water services. Very dependable!

My wife, Linda, and I needed to have our existing RO system serviced. The company that had been doing that service had went out of business. So we contacted Desert Mountain Water. From the very beginning when we contacted the company they were very professional and friendly. When Rex arrived to do the service he explained to us that our existing system was a proprietary RO developed for the old company. He set us up with a new five stage RO, when our old system was a four stage, for a very reasonable rate and the installation was a breeze as Rex definitely knows his business!
