“I called at 6:30 AM and received an appointment for 2:00. My water heater needed to be replaced. The location of my gas heater is a VERY difficult location to work on. Service tech Adam diagnosed the problem, picked up the new heater, and replaced it. All of which happened on a late Friday afternoon. The only part I am unsure of for my experience is the cost. It seems high, but that is on me.“

I have been a contracted customer for over 10 years. do service techs not knock on the doors any more? do we understand that just like you customers have lives and work? in order for me to have money to pay you for your service that I need I must keep my job and work. communication is important, not just going through the motions. I will be shopping for a new service, possibly Goettle or Precision, what is the point of paying in full to not have services performed as agreed. I pay you you don't do the work and take my money $? and then give me a hard time.... I expect better! especially if I'm paying you in full each year!“

“Dalton always does a good job at my properties. As a 29 year landlord, I finally had an issue with sediment backflow into my plumbing. It either came from my water heater or the community in general ( the water company was working on the lines and this can happen). I got a new water heater because of it. I decided a licensed plumber was needed versus my contractor because the issue was strange and I wanted someone who does nothing but plumbing to check it out. Chris was very though, very patient, and explained the benefits to the comfort for both heating and cooling, as well as insulation requirements to not over task my rooftop gas package unit. I may have been a little slow to pick u on the fact my duct work returns were not the state of the art efficiency needed. He was very good with the pictures, explanations, and how to optimize pricing.“
