“UPDATE 10/29: FIXED After making numerous phone calls, and having two different companies show up.... We have a FIXED unit. Company A showed up on Thanksgiving evening, took their $250 holiday fee, and gave me an estimate of over $7800 to replace my unit with their favorite brand of unit... Ewwww. Super scummy. Company B (The Aussie Plumber) showed up, diagnosed the issue, found I need a simple $3.99 part that I could purchase myself from ACE Hardware. He also liked at my mixing valve, replaced it, charged me nominally for the work and waived the diagnostic fee on the water heater. I CANNOT RECOMMEND CAMERON ENOUGH! He was professional, polite, knew where he needed to get into it he didn't know it off hand. Saved me $7000! And the water if buying a new unit when one was not needed. THE AUSSIE PLUMBER - 602-820-5551 10/28: Rinnai water heater is throwing a code 10. Looking for a referral for someone who can help out.“
