Amazing service!! It’s super scary and stressful when your water heater bursts right at Christmas time. These guys made the process so seamless and took away a lot of the anxiety of the situation. They gave us multiple options to fit our needs and did not pressure us to make any snap decision regarding our new water heater set up. They provided same day service, set us up with dry wall specialists to assist with the water damage, and were extremely personable throughout.Thank you Aussie Plumbers!!

I had an urgent problem with a broken shower valve. At 2pm, I called another plumbing company and was told no one would be available until morning. Then I called The Aussie Plumber. Michelle was empathetic and said someone would come within two hours.Eddie was professional, thorough and personable. He quickly analyzed the problem and showed me step-by-step what was required to fix it. He gave me a time estimate and a cost estimate and delivered perfectly on both. The repair was finished that evening.Throughout the process, Eddie kept asking if I had any questions, which was refreshing.
