Danielle is amazing!! It's so funny cause I opened this app to write a review for her and I saw another one about her! I have struggled with adult acne all my life. She helped me find reasonably priced products from The Ordinary that helped me and now I have clear skin for like the 3rd time only in my life! She spent SO LONG helping me and talking me through all the options and explaining how the products work. I hate to bother people but she kept coming back to check on me and it made it easy to ask questions. Also, Ash helped me with some hair oils. I have really fine hair and most hair oil weighs it down. Ash helped me find oils that would help it stay long and grow but would not weigh it down while keeping it shiny. I really wanted silicone free products and she helped me find the right match even though I had so many requirements. I went in a second day to get more products because I had had so much success with the previous ones (I NEVER buy stuff and man, these really helped). Having the RIGHT products for you is a game changer. I had just gone through a breakup and wanted to look pretty. These ladies reallly helped me. Ashley worked at the hair salon counter and I asked her about all the products I was looking at. She knew exactly why different ingredients worked for different types of people. She really steered me in the right direction. So much easier than online reviews. So thankful for these ladies and their time! Danielle, Ash and Ashley, thank you!!

I don't wear makeup but had a special event I was attending Saturday night I figured I'd buy some makeup for the event. I walked in and walked up to the counter to ask for help there was 5 ladies at the counter I told them what I was looking for they all just starred at me with a very awkward 10 seconds of silence, nice way to make a customer feel like an ass hat. A very sweet girl by the name of Lilly walked up to me and asked if I need help. She helped me get everything I was looking for. I would've given them 5 starts but my interaction with the ladies at the counter was bizarre.

I like to shop Ulta online and do a pick-up.I don't enjoy going inside because of the over powering fragrances, scents and smells (hair dye or perms) as soon as the door opens.However, the staff is kind and helpful and they carry the items I enjoy using at a reasonable price.
