Had an amazing pampered day with Kelsey, she always knows what areas I need to work on and I always leave feeling better and more confident and relaxed and ready for my day xoxo ? When I arrived the place was empty and two stylists were chatting. They looked at me and kept talking so I awkwardly stood there. I ended up having to introduce myself after a minute and ask for my stylist, who ended up being one of them. My hair is pretty simple- long with layers. I asked for a few inches off and to update my layers. Hardly any length was taken off (which didn't match what we discussed) and my layers weren't really adjusted to match. I feel like I paid $75 including tip for a trim. So bummed this place didn't work out since it's right near my house and it's hard to find salons in north Phoenix
