“We had Mikko out to get an estimate to put an addition on our bedroom. We got the plans sent out to us in a very timely manner with a layout that we loved. We started the job shortly after accepting our estimate. From start to finish, the guys showed up on time and put in long days to get our project finished up quick so we could be back in our room. I was expecting the project to be so messy, but was in shock by how clean they left the jobsite at the end of the day. All the employees of Miko, LLC were so friendly and nice to visit with. “I live 2 hrs north of Phoenix. Jimmy and Gigi came to my home to evaluate the right window film for our home, based on several criteria. It was determined that perhaps a different film made by 3M was the best choice, even though it was not one that he currently offered. Only a professional who was looking out for the customer's best interests would do this, especially after traveling 2 hours and not "selling" a product to us. “I reached out to AZ Valley Windows for some window and door replacements after researching them online. Jerry came out to the property, and he was great. He was patient and thorough in explaining my options, and he was able to work within my budget. I unfortunately was not able to move forward with the project for unrelated reasons, but this experience alone was enough to warrant five stars, especially when compared to other sales experiences. And I'm sure they would have done great work. While I regret not to be moving forward at this time, I hope I can reach out to AZ Valley Windows again for this and other future needs.“
